Requirements
- Technical diploma or degree in informatics, engineering, or similar fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support or customer service roles.
- Familiarity with digital environments, CRM, and basic knowledge of HTML/API.
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package, particularly Excel.
- B1 or higher level of English.
- Effective communication, precision, and autonomy.
- Team spirit and willingness to collaborate with various teams.
