Job Description
Avantia Law is seeking a Transactional Senior Lawyer with a client-facing background in Regulatory/Compliance to manage transaction and investment compliance for leading asset management firms. The role involves advising clients on compliance risk, assessing key deal structures, and managing corporate ownership/funds flow. This is a leadership opportunity within a fast-growing, diverse firm specializing in LegalTech.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in the UK or Europe
- Right to work in the United Kingdom without visa sponsorship
- 4+ years’ post qualification experience with a background in Regulatory/ Investment Compliance
- Experience representing asset management, institutional investor or other FS clients (private practice or inhouse)
