Job Description
Avantia Law is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate/Transactional lawyer to negotiate complex investment-related contracts for its clients. The role involves contract negotiation, client management, and a team collaborative approach, with potential for growth and contribution to the company's continued evolution. The firm focuses on providing a premium legal service with efficient and cost-effective work.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice Law in the UK or Europe.
- 3+ years’ corporate/ transactional law experience.
- Experience negotiating pre-M&A contracts.
- Experience working with asset managers or investment banks.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to Avantia’s technology suite.
