Associate Talent Acquisition Partner

The Associate Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for sourcing, screening and recommending candidates, as well as onboarding new hires. They will also represent the company at recruiting events, create offer letters, and maintain the applicant tracking system.

Requirements

• Speak Dutch, French and English
• Previous experience in recruitment or sales is highly desirable
• Confidence when speaking to stakeholders
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work under pressure and in tight timescales
• Ability to be resilient and flexible
