Job Description
The Associate Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates, as well as onboarding new hires. The role will involve building applicant pools, establishing trust and partnerships with managers, identifying potential 'fit' through effective interviewing and testing, and ensuring a positive new hire experience. The position will also involve representing the company at recruiting events, creating offer letters, maintaining applicant tracking systems, and performing other staffing administration functions as needed.
Requirements
- Diplôme d'études secondaires requis
- Diplôme universitaire ou expérience équivalente souhaitée
- Minimum 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en recrutement interne ou en agence
- Maîtrise de Microsoft 365, Workday ou autre ATS de grande envergure
- Familiarité avec les outils CRM et LinkedIn Recruiter
- Maîtrise professionnelle de l'anglais et du français requise
