Associate Talent Acquisition Partner (French & German Speaking)

We are seeking a French & German speaking Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment processes and identify top talent for our European Region. The role involves collaborating with business hiring managers and cross-functional HR teams, and utilizing discretion to handle sensitive information.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Proficient in Read, Write & Speak French & German
• Certification in sourcing, diversity recruiting and/or behavioral based interviewing (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter, DDI etc.) preferred
• Minimum 2+ years' experience as an in-house recruiter and/or recruitment agency experience is required
• Experience working within a corporate full-cycle recruitment team preferred
• Collaboration Tool: Microsoft 365, Workday, or another large scale ATS preferred
• CRM (Candidate Relationship Management) tools, LinkedIn Recruiter
