Job Description
Provide technical support as an IT Support Engineer for onsite IT technical support within a corporate enterprise environment. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, installing software, and providing end-user support for desktops, laptops, and office IT.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in IT support
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems
- Knowledge & experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
- Understanding of Active Directory
- Plant environment knowledge and Experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft server technologies and their associated user management tools
