Job Description
IT Support Technician-EUC L2 1: Provide technical support as point of contact for IT for the site, installation support for various software, new user onboarding, offboarding support, executive/VIP support, and more.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in IT support
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems
- Knowledge & experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
- Understanding of Active Directory
- Knowledge of Microsoft server technologies
