Sr. Field Engineer

As a Sr. Field Engineer, you will deliver on-site technical support for IT infrastructure components, including desktops, laptops, servers, and network equipment. You will troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, perform maintenance, and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Cisco CCNA are highly desirable
• Proven experience in L2 IT Support or Field Engineering roles
• Strong hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting, server components, and networking devices
• Good understanding of network protocols, switching, and routing principles
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision and handle multiple sites or clients
• Physically capable of handling IT hardware and performing rack installations
