Job Description
The Business Analyst will analyze business processes and develop As-Is and To-Be descriptions. This role involves Salesforce project involvement, requirement gathering, delivering communications, testing, and solution design. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and business teams.
Requirements
- Elicit and document business requirements for Salesforce projects.
- Analyze and evaluate current business processes.
- Prepare deliverables like BRDs, Use Cases, process flows, and interface designs.
- Translate complex technical information into clear business language.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, and subject matter experts.
- Support the project manager, product manager, and wider team.
