Requirements

• 15+ years of proven track record as a senior executive in matrixed organization
• Thought leadership and conceptual ability to develop new ideas
• Collaboration and team player skills
• Strong commercial skills, especially in sales and enterprise account management
• Strong leadership skills, leading a diverse team with impact, aspiration, curiosity and trust
• Effective communicator with language capabilities in both English and Korean
• Excellent network in the industry at the level of top decision makers
