Job Description
The Deputy Ramp Manager Cargo will translate the operational strategy, implement and follow up on team and employee goals, and supervise daily critical planning and productivity levels. They will also be responsible for training and developing employees, recruiting and evaluating new employees, and optimizing service delivery.
Requirements
- Relevant knowledge of organization, services, facilities, and procedures
- Strong experience in planning, organization, and team management within an airport, logistics, or operational environment
- Ability to make rational decisions and take actions with impact and persuasion
- Efficiency, productivity, and cost management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to lead and direct multidisciplinary teams
- Commercial and customer-oriented approach
- Good contact with social partners
- Excellent proficiency in Dutch, with knowledge of an additional language as a plus
