Job Description
This role involves translating operational strategy, organizing, planning, coordinating and controlling operations within the Cargo department, and motivating employees to improve processes and increase quality and reduce costs.
Requirements

- Organize, plan, coordinate, and control operations
- Implement and follow up on change plans and new procedures
- Continuously improve processes
- Motivate, coach, evaluate, and stimulate development of employees
- Identify recruitment needs and follow up with HR
- Foster an open and transparent work environment
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs and take proactive measures to achieve objectives
- Ensure safety and order on the work floor, including compliance with environmental regulations
- Maintain daily contact with customers
- Work closely with the General Manager, Station Manager, and other departments
