Job Description
Aviatrix is seeking a Senior Cloud Network Engineer to join their Customer Support team, focused on providing technical support and collaboration to customers of their enterprise multi-cloud networking and security services software. This role involves troubleshooting issues, creating knowledge content, and advocating for customer needs within a fast-paced environment. The company focuses on securing cloud infrastructures using a secure multicloud networking solution.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of work experience in customer success, resident engineer, network engineer, or similar roles
- Solid understanding of networking, Routing, BGP, IPsec VPN, virtualization, Linux, and infrastructure software
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform is a plus
- Experience with Python, shell scripting, automation
