As a Staff Cloud Network Engineer, you will be part of Aviatrix's Customer Support team. You will guide customers for quick and consistent adoption of Aviatrix's enterprise multi-cloud Networking and Security Services Software.
Requirements
- Resolve complex customer issues with Aviatrix products, prioritizing strategic deployment, integration, and optimization.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and Aviatrix platforms with practical Linux knowledge for effective troubleshooting and implementation.
- Develop and implement effective case management strategies to ensure efficient resolution of critical issues.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering teams to address product bugs and verify fixes.
- Mentor and lead Cloud Network Engineers in complex problem-solving and professional growth.
