Requirements

• Degree in finance, economics, or a related field
• Excellent communication skills (French and English proficiency)
• Pass qualification on the Canadian asset management values
• At least two years of experience in customer service
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and adaptability skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to handle client problems appropriately
• Knowledge of the Microsoft suite
• Excellent knowledge of the asset management value system
