Job Description
Aviso Wealth is seeking a Bilingual Estates Administrator to join their Operations Team. This role involves processing estates settlements, tax reporting for registered and non-registered accounts, and ensuring compliance with trustee guidelines. Requirements
- Post-secondary education and/or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in Estates, Registered Plans or Operations
- Industry knowledge of CIRO, CRA and Revenue Quebec rules and regulations preferred
- Pro-active in problem solving with strong analytical skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluency (written and spoken) in English and French
