Bilingual Transfers Administrator, Temporary

Aviso Wealth is seeking a Bilingual Transfers Administrator to join its Transfers team on a temporary basis until March 26, 2027. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily processing of transfers, reviews and approvals, and dealing with escalated items. The role requires a collaborative and determined individual who can work in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education and/or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in back-office administration in a financial securities firm
• Fluency (written and spoken) in English and French
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Strong team player in the department and across departments
