Aviso Wealth is seeking a Bilingual Transfers Administrator to join our Transfers team until March 26, 2027. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily processing of transfers, reviews and approvals, and dealing with escalated items.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education and/or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in back-office administration in a financial securities firm
- Extremely detail oriented and accurate
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills to meet required deadlines daily
- Strong team player in the department and across departments
- Fluency (written and spoken) in English and French is required
