Job Description
Aviso Wealth is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their Legal & Governance team. This role focuses on providing legal support to members and other departments, covering securities law, investment fund disclosures, and contract review. The ideal candidate will be client-focused, proactive, and a collaborator. They will operate within a hybrid environment.
Requirements
- LL.B / J.D.
- Qualified to practice law in Ontario/British Columbia
- 3+ years experience in a law firm or in-house
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Securities regulatory practice experience is advantageous
