The role focuses on business development, expansion of advisory services within the MGA network and advice solutions, involving strategic partnerships with Wealth Leaders and sales development teams. This is a sales role focused on the expansion of advice-based services with insurance solutions.

Requirements

• University degree
• 12+ years of experience within the insurance industry
• Nominee eligible Insurance broker
• Life licensed within one or more jurisdictions across Canada
• In-depth knowledge of life insurance agency operations
• Financial planning designation (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills
• Critical thinking and business expertise
