Senior Director, Advisory Services

The Senior Director, Advisory Services is responsible for designing and executing robust sales and business development strategies to increase member engagement and insurance sales across Ontario and Atlantic Canada. The role focuses on coaching advisors and expanding the OMAI brand and offering differentiated member experience. This position requires analyzing data, driving sales and marketing efforts, and overseeing member retention strategies.

Requirements

• Analyze and assign annual sales goals and revenue targets.
• Oversee sales management and business development.
• Design and present product knowledge training.
• Establish and oversee member retention strategies.
• Analyze KPIs for advisory to increase and maintain positive advisor NPS scores.
• Oversee equitable and optimal allocation of resources.
• Stay up to date on industry and regulations.
