The Commercial Finance Manager will serve as a business partner to the AMER Sales leadership team, providing financial guidance, performance insights, and decision support to drive revenue growth and profitability.
Requirements
- Partner with AMER Sales leadership to provide financial guidance and strategic decision support.
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning processes for the sales organization.
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess profitability, performance, and investment opportunities.
- Manage monthly and quarterly reporting, including variance analysis and executive summaries.
- Track and analyze customer rebates, accruals, and sales incentives in collaboration with Accounting.
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence and Data teams to enhance reporting tools and dashboards.
- Provide mentorship and oversight to junior analysts supporting the sales function.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.
- Communicate financial insights clearly to stakeholders across business functions.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting accuracy.
