Account Manager (m/w/d) Healthcare

avodaq is seeking an Account Manager (m/w/d) for the Healthcare market to represent the company to customers in the healthcare sector, focusing on building and expanding long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate will understand customer challenges like IT security and digitalization, possess experience in selling IT solutions in healthcare, and have a strategic mindset to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Completed degree or comparable high-quality training – ideally with a connection to IT, business or healthcare
• Solid experience in selling complex IT solutions, preferably in the healthcare environment (hospitals, clinic groups, healthcare facilities)
• Ideally, existing vendor contacts with Cisco or other leading technology providers
• Skill in price and contract negotiations
• Communication skills both internally and externally
• Flexibility, agility, and willingness to travel
• Very good German and English skills in written and spoken form
• Passion for sales and a good feel for customer needs
