Job Description
They are seeking a results-oriented Head of Quality to focus on quality-leadership in the worldwide markets of their brand, strategic quality management, and team culture development. The role reports to COO/CEO and involves ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and internal/external audit effectiveness. The company supports growth with global capital and industrial group backing.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in quality management and leadership in German industrial manufacturing, ideally in metal fabrication, coatings, tanks, or building materials
- Strong knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
- Hands-on mentality and team spirit
- High quality and safety awareness
- High personal ownership, integrity, and the ability to lead by example
- Research and analysis of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
- Execution of internal and external audits
