Job Description
Helsing is a defense AI company with a mission to protect democracies through technological leadership. They are seeking an experienced Quality Management Leader to oversee a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) for both development and production areas. The role involves leading the development and implementation of the QMS, ensuring compliance with industry standards, conducting audits, and improving processes. The ideal candidate will be proactive, effective communicators, and passionate about quality, with a strong understanding of German and international standards.
Requirements
- Strong background in quality management and implementation of Quality Management Systems
- In-depth knowledge of relevant industry standards (EN 9100, EN 9115, AQAP 2210, AQAP 2310)
- Experience conducting internal and external audits and working with third-party certification bodies
- Effective communicator with stakeholder engagement experience
- Proactive and capable of seeing the big picture
- Excellent German language skills
- Passion for maintaining high-quality standards
