Job Description
This is a full-time Regional Sales Manager position for a leading pet nutrition company in India. The RSM will lead a regional sales team, manage distributor networks, and develop relationships with key accounts to drive revenue and brand visibility. The role involves analyzing sales data and conducting market research, and representing the brand at industry events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Veterinary Sciences, Animal Nutrition, or related fields.
- Minimum 7–10 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years as RSM leadership role in pet food industry.
- Strong understanding of pet food distribution, customer behavior, and retail dynamics in India.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and data analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently, handle a multi-state team, and travel extensively within the region.
- English proficiency.
