The company is seeking a motivated Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and grow their pet food business in a designated region of India. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Veterinary Sciences, Animal Nutrition, or related fields.
- Minimum 7–10 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years as RSM leadership role in pet food industry.
- Strong understanding of pet food distribution, customer behavior, and retail dynamics in India.
- Existing relationships within the pet care industry will be an advantage.
- Proficient in using MS Office, CRM tools, and data analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently, handle a multi-state team, and travel extensively within the region.
- Write and communicate in English.
