Requirements
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Lead, coach, and manage a regional sales team
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and retailers
- Analyze sales data and competitor activity
- Represent the brand at events and trade fairs
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 7–10 years of sales experience (3+ years as RSM)
- Strong understanding of pet food distribution in India
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and data analytics
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively
