Job Description
The company is seeking a Sales Manager to drive the adoption of their product portfolio among orthopaedic surgeons, hospitals, and surgical partners in Bavaria & Austria. This role involves full sales cycle execution, relationship building, and revenue growth. The sales manager will report to the Global Sales Director.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years in sales within med-tech, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industries
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking and planning capabilities
- Ability to travel up to 70%
- Fluency in German and English
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, engineering, or related field
