Director - Internal Audit

AWG is seeking a Director of Internal Audit to lead the organization's internal audit function and contribute to effective governance, risk management, and compliance. This role involves assessing risks, strengthening controls, and providing actionable insights to support financial health and operational success. The successful candidate will lead an internal audit team and collaborate closely with executive leadership.

Requirements

• Develop and execute a comprehensive risk-based internal audit plan.
• Provide independent assurance to senior leadership on internal controls and risk management.
• Lead operational and compliance audits, documenting findings and remediating issues.
• Partner with business leaders to identify process improvements.
• Oversee internal investigations related to fraud policy violations.
• Assist external auditors with year-end audit activities.
