Job Description
We are seeking a Junior CRM Engineer to join our team, responsible for implementing Salesforce features, maintaining user management, and troubleshooting platform errors. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of experience working with Salesforce, proficiency in Apex, LWCs, and Flow Builder, and excellent communication skills in English.
Requirements
- 1+ years hands-on experience working with Salesforce
- Proficient in Apex, LWCs, and Flow Builder
- Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus
- Relevant Salesforce Certifications such as Platform Developer (I and II) and Platform App Builder is a plus
- Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git, GearSet) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
