Hardware-/Firmware-QA Engineer (m/w/d)

Hardware- and Firmware-QA Engineer is responsible for planning, development, and implementation of test cases for hardware and firmware components, building and maintenance of automated test systems and test environments, and close cooperation with the development department for continuous improvement of quality and test coverage.

Requirements

• Completed studies in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or comparable qualifications
• Experience in quality assurance of hardware and firmware components, preferably in the embedded field
• Good knowledge of test automation (e.g. with Python, Robot Framework, C#, Jenkins or comparable tools and frameworks)
• Experience in CAN-Bus test automation
• Experience in working with measurement and testing equipment as well as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.
• Basic understanding of electronics and circuit diagrams
• Structured and analytical working method as well as high problem-solving competence
• Team skills and communicative appearance
