Clinician - Residential

Axiom Care is seeking a Clinician - Residential to provide individual, family, and group substance use counseling with a trauma-informed care approach, as well as coordination of care with stakeholders and development of clinical documentation.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a minimum of a Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or health-related field
• Licensed with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (LAC, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW, LAAC, LIAC) preferred
• Two to three years of experience working in behavioral health or substance abuse field preferred
