1 year experience as a cook in a commercial kitchen, food service worker training, CPR/First Aid certification, and a negative TB Test result

The Peer Support Specialist requires a valid Driver's License, knowledge of Windows and basic computer skills, shift flexibility, self-motivation, and team player skills

Active Arizona LPN license required. Current CPR and fingerprint clearance card. 1 year detox experience preferred

High school diploma or equivalent, at least two years related experience required

High school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of Utilization Review experience. Strong analytical and communication skills

Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field. 1+ year clinical experience, proficiency in computer systems, and understanding of DSM-5 preferred. Lived experience in recovery preferred

High school diploma/equivalent preferred. Valid driver’s license and 15-passenger van needed. Must be 25+ and hold proficiency in MS Word, email, and Windows

1+ year case management experience with AHCCCS population. Proficiency in Microsoft Office & computer applications. Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Requires current RN license in AZ, BLS certification, and 1 year of detox/psychiatric experience (preferred). Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
