Requirements
- Current LPN license to practice nursing in the state of Arizona
- Current CPR certification
- Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Crisis Prevention Intervention CPI
- Detox experience 1 year (preferred)
- Psychiatric experience 1 year (preferred)
