Job Description
Axiom Care is seeking a Residential Technician to provide safe, caring, and therapeutic environments for substance abuse treatment and sober living individuals in the Phoenix metro area and Apache Junction. The role involves daily monitoring, documentation, and assisting with client recovery, while maintaining a positive attitude and adhering to facility guidelines. It's a leadership role requiring strong communication and de-escalation skills.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Ability to operate 15-passenger van
- 25 years of age (driver requirement)
- Knowledge of Windows, basic email, Microsoft Word, timekeeping software, and basic computer navigation skills
- Experience with substance abuse treatment is preferred
- Active CPR and First Aid certification required
- Active Fingerprint Clearance Card (residential locations)
- Negative TB Test result within past 12 months (residential locations)
