IT Platform Cloud Engineer

We are seeking a Contract IT Platform Cloud Engineer to join a team in Castelo Branco, Portugal. The role involves building and maintaining the IT platform, with a focus on automation, scripting, and infrastructure as code. Candidates should be proficient with Python, Bash, PowerShell, Ansible, Rundeck, Terraform, and AWS Cloud services.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Automation, or DevOps
• Experience with scripting and/or programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell, Ansible, Rundeck)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Cloudformation)
• Knowledge and experience with cloud services (e.g. AWS EC2, RDS, ECS, ELB, Lambda and Nutanix)
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Linux system administration a plus
