We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to join our team, implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules. The role involves translating business requirements into functional specifications, testing system configurations, and delivering training. Collaboration with technical and project teams is essential.

Requirements

• Lead and participate in the implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure Oracle HCM modules according to best practices and client requirements.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-implementation support.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare training materials and deliver user training sessions.
• Provide input into project planning and status reporting.
• Stay updated on Oracle HCM Cloud updates and patches.
