We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant to join our team, with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

Requirements

• Lead and participate in the implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure Oracle HCM modules according to best practices and client requirements.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-implementation support.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including technical consultants, project managers, and end-users.
• Prepare training materials and deliver user training sessions.
• Provide input into project planning and status reporting.
• Stay updated on Oracle HCM Cloud updates and patches.
