Requirements
- Custom Development: Design and implement custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce to meet business requirements.
- Service Cloud Configuration: Configure and customize Service Cloud features, including Case Management, Knowledge Base, Service Console, and Omni-Channel Routing.
- Integration: Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools to ensure seamless data flow.
- Automation: Develop and maintain automation processes using Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules to enhance service operations.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce applications to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for Salesforce configurations and customizations.
