Design and develop Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including Omni-Channel Routing, CTI/Telephony Integrations, Live Chat, and Case Management. Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and flows. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Middleware. Optimize system performance and lead code reviews.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in Service Cloud
- Advanced proficiency in Apex, SOQL & SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows & Automation
- Strong experience in Salesforce Security Model: Profiles, Permission Sets, OWD, Sharing Rules, Field-Level Security
- Integration & Architecture: Experience integrating Salesforce with: REST APIs, Middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.), External CRM / ERP systems
- DevOps & Deployment: Experience with: Git / Bitbucket / GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce DX, Change Sets & Metadata API
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving & debugging skills, Excellent communication with technical & non-technical stakeholders, Ability to lead from the front and take ownership, Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
