Job Description
The Scrum Master will be an Agile subject-matter expert, having excellent logic and problem-solving skills. This role involves developing and maintaining team standards, identifying impediments, and facilitating Agile ceremonies to ensure successful product delivery. The Scrum Master acts as a liaison between teams and management, empowering the team to self-organize.
Requirements
- Scrum Master certification is must.
- 10+ years of IT experience with Scrum Master role for at least 3+ years
- Good understanding of software development life cycle models.
- Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques.
- Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.
- Experience applying a wide variety of well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the Scrum approach.
