Job Description
The Scrum Master will work with customer project POC's and a cross-functional project team to ensure project alignment and delivery.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
- At least 3 years in a senior or enterprise-level role
- Proven experience in Agile transformations and process improvements at an organizational level
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), or other enterprise Agile methodologies
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certifications
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an enterprise or fast-paced environment
- Experience with Agile frameworks beyond Scrum (Kanban, Lean, XP, etc.)
