Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to support a major global technology company on a full-time remote role with some flexibility to go into the office for occasional team meetings.

Requirements

• Lead and manage complex litigation and dispute resolution matters
• Develop and implement litigation strategy in partnership with internal stakeholders and outside counsel
• Partner with in-house client teams to provide guidance and support on various corporate policies and corporate litigation matters
• Provide strategic counsel to leadership on litigation exposure, regulatory trends, and risk mitigation opportunities across global business operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Finance, HR, Product, Business Development, and Compliance—to proactively identify and address legal risks
