Litigation Attorney - New York

We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to support a major global technology company on a full time remote role. The role requires 5-10+ years of commercial and/or consumer litigation experience and an active bar license in California.

Requirements

• Lead and manage complex litigation and dispute resolution matters
• Develop and implement litigation strategy
• Partner with in-house client teams to provide guidance and support
• Provide strategic counsel to leadership on litigation exposure, regulatory trends, and risk mitigation opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to proactively identify and address legal risks
