Regional Sales & Accounts Director (Remote)

Axiom is seeking a Regional Sales & Accounts Director to help build and lead a team of Account Executives to achieve annual revenue targets, focusing on existing account growth and new business generation.

Requirements

• Coaching and mentoring sales team members
• Acting as escalation point and subject matter expert on difficult client issues
• Guiding and supporting team members through the development of strategic account and growth plans
• Maintaining a consistent focus on pipeline management
• Performance management of team members
• Actively engaging in recruitment efforts to build the team further
