Associate Director, Business Development

Axios is a growth-stage startup looking for an Associate Director, Business Development to lead, coach, and develop the Business Development Associate (BDA) team. The role is at the center of Axios Locals growth strategy and involves overseeing a fully remote team of BDAs across different markets.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience
• Exceptional emotional intelligence with a proven track record of coaching and developing high-potential early-career commercial talent
• Direct experience managing entry-level or early-career professionals in a sales or commercial environment
