Axis is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager, Partner Growth to join our growing Incubation Future Business team in the Americas. This role will require a high level of business acumen, channel growth program and management aptitude with a high competence for cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Initiate, build & execute a concise and focused partner growth strategy within the Incubation Future Business organization.
- Align the execution of the growth program to both the Incubation Future Business go-to-market strategy and the evolution of our Technical Integration Partner program
- Expand Axis into the BI market, targeting Solution Developers, ISV’s and IT Systems Integrators.
- Implement a new route-to-market for Axis, aligned with the targeted partners and focused on Subscription Services rather than Hardware Products
- Own the full partner lifecycle, from onboarding and enablement to performance tracking and growth
- Drive revenue growth by connecting partner outcomes with business goals
- Establish governance frameworks, incentive structures, and engagement programs that scale
- Provide monthly reporting on strategic programs, initiatives, progress, KPIs and opportunities to management
- Participate in trade shows, as well as partner, end-customer and industry events
