The Solutions Engineer will serve as a regional technical expert and product portfolio manager for assigned technologies in the Americas, gathering market feedback and customer needs to inform product development and delivering deep technical expertise to customers and internal teams.
Requirements
- Collect and synthesize market trends and customer feedback, use cases, and feature requests to inform global product roadmap priorities
- Operate as subject matter expert on assigned technology features and capabilities
- Support the creation and distribution of technical content within the Americas
- Analyze portfolio sales performance, feature releases, and market trends to inform regional strategy
- Understand competitive landscape on assigned technologies
- Support pre-sales and professional services activities, including field work and visits
- Support pilots and proof of concept implementations when relevant
- Represent Axis at both internal and external speaking opportunities when appropriate
- Work in lock step with product marketing and Academy to assist with messaging around technologies for the local market
- Act as a technical liaison for Area Technical teams; assisting with technical knowledge transfer and supporting large or complex pre-sales projects
